Little Lambs:

Samantha Mummert   — Samantha graduated from HACC with her associate’s degree in sociology and graduated from Shippensburg with her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Over the years at St. Timothy’s, she has taught both the Lambs and Owls/Lions classes. Having graduated herself from St Timothy’s in the early ‘90s, four of her own children have also graduated from the nursery school, and her fifth is just starting. When she is not teaching, she is homeschooling her kids, baking bread, playing in her garden, and teaching at a homeschool co-op! She is so grateful to be back, because St. Timothy’s is truly a family you never want to leave!

Lisa Long   — Lisa has loved working with children since she started working at a church daycare at age 14. Following high school, she took childhood education classes at HACC which led her to a job teaching preschool at Discovery School. She then studied to become a medical assistant and worked as an MA until she had her first child in 1999. She became a stay-at-home mom to four children, the youngest of whom graduated from St. Tim’s Lively Lions class 6 years ago. She is looking forward to nurturing the Little Lambs again this year!

She worked for a technology company in Dallas as well as an advertising agency in Washington, D.C. before becoming a stay-at-home mom to 2 daughters, now ages 15 and 13. Both are graduates of St. Timothy and loved how warm and welcoming it was. Erin loves bringing that environment to the Teddy Bear families!

Joy Harbold  — Joy majored in fine art at HACC and enjoyed student teaching in an elementary art classroom, as well as teaching swimming lessons and summer camp. She then earned her bachelor's degree in communications from West Chester University and went on to teach English and Art at a high school in Florida. She moved home to Pennsylvania primarily to be a stay-at-home mom to her children as well as to host occasional mobile paint nights. Joy has 3 children, two daughters who graduated from St. Timothy’s, and a son who will be attending St. Timothy's this year. Joy is excited to play, learn, and grow with the Teddy Bears class this year!

Kate Piccolo   — This will be Kate's first year teaching at St. Timothy's. She received a bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Pittsburgh. Kate has been a stay-at-home mom for the last eight years to her two children. Her youngest, Silas, was a graduate of St. Timothy's last year.
